Matteo Randazzo is an experienced Quantity Surveyor and Project Architect with a strong background in cost control and project management, particularly in retail environments. Currently serving as a Senior Cost Manager and Digital Products Manager at GAD Global Assistance Development, Matteo has also founded Whisky To You and Better By AI. Prior roles include Construction Consultant at SoftwareONE Italia, where significant contributions were made to the MTWO Construction Cloud platform, and Quantity Surveyor at ESA, overseeing project management and procurement.
