Marta Cortés Alarcón has been working in the field since 2016. Marta began their career as an Assistant Event Planner at Patterson Travel, then moved on to become a Wedding Event Planner at Moments Bodas y Eventos in 2018. In 2019, they took on the role of Promotora de ventas at Creaas. In 2021, they were hired as an Employee Benefits Manager at Gaddex and also became a Community Manager at Mar de Fondo.

Marta Cortés Alarcón obtained a Grado en Protocolo y Organización de Eventos from Universitat de les Illes Balears in 2019. In 2020, they enrolled in a Máster in Gestión de proyectos from UNIR - La Universidad en Internet and completed a Curso in Community Management from Shaw Academy. Marta is currently enrolled in a Programa ThePowerDigitalMarketing in Marketing Expert from ThePower Business School and is expected to complete it in 2022.
