Belinda has extensive experience in many aspects of commercial property including acquisitions and disposals, property development, property finance and complex retail, commercial and industrial leasing. Belinda has also been involved in drafting and advising on Development Management Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements, Co-Ownership Agreements and Partitioning Agreements.

Belinda acts for private clients and institutional clients including property developers, small to medium businesses, insolvency practitioners and national and international financial institutions.

She identifies issues in an efficient and cost-effective manner and it is her commercial and practical approach to solving issues, which has enabled her to create long-standing relationships with clients.
