Sudhishna S P's work experience includes being a Senior Software Engineer at Gadgeon Systems Inc. starting in May 2023. Prior to that, Sudhishna worked at Wipro, where they were a Senior Project Engineer from January 2023 to May 2023, and a Project Engineer from December 2020 to December 2022. At Wipro, Sudhishna had experience with embedded C development in the mobile networking domain and DCN switches, as well as skills in C, Linux system programming, Python, and Shell Scripting. Sudhishna also served as Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, and Md Representative at IEEE from April 2017 to April 2019. In 2018, Sudhishna was an Internshala Student Partner at Internshala, and an Xtreme Public Relation Ambassador at IEEE Computer Society.

Sudhishna S P completed their Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from College of Engineering Trikaripur, from 2016 to 2020. Prior to that, they attended Alphonsa Senior Secondary School in Thamarassery from 2011 to 2016, where they focused on Computer Science. Sudhishna also attended Amrita Vidyalayam in Koyilandy from 2006 to 2011, and Holy Child Auxilium in New Delhi from 2001 to 2006.

In addition to their formal education, Sudhishna has obtained several certifications. In August 2020, they earned a Certificate in Artificial Intelligence Foundations: Machine Learning from LinkedIn Learning. Sudhishna also received a Certificate in Cybersecurity and the Internet of Things from Coursera in the same month. In September 2019, they obtained a Certificate in Google Cloud Platform Fundamentals: Core Infrastructure, also from Coursera. Sudhishna has also been recognized with a Certificate of Appreciation from IEEE.
