Communications Manager at GAF Energy

Eileen Comerford has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. In 2011, they started their career as a Marketing Assistant at Flyer Enterprises, where they worked until 2015. From 2014 to 2015, Eileen worked at Corbus, LLC as a Proposal Coordinator and Technical Editor, responsible for editing and creating technical documents.

In 2015, Eileen joined The University of Findlay as a Graduate Assistant in the Writing Center and later became an Instructor, teaching academic writing courses. Eileen held these positions until 2017.

In 2017, they joined One Energy as a Marketing and Communication Specialist, playing a key role in the company's growth. Eileen handled content management, branding, marketing, storytelling facilitation, proofreading, copyediting, and digital presence. Eileen also streamlined external document creation and overhauled the company's social media strategy.

Throughout 2020, Eileen held various positions. Eileen worked as a Marketing and Communication Specialist, a Technical Writer at Cornerstone Consulting Organization, LLC, and a Social Media Assistant at Community Roots 501(c)3. Eileen also worked as a Field Representative at Progressive Turnout Project during this time.

Most recently, in 2022, Eileen joined GAF Energy as a Communications Manager, where they currently work.

Eileen Comerford obtained a high school diploma from Althoff Catholic High School in 2011. Eileen then pursued their Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature, General at the University of Dayton from 2011 to 2015. In 2013, Eileen began studying Comparative Women's and Gender Studies in Europe at Antioch University, however, it is unclear when this program ended. Later on, they attended The University of Findlay from 2015 to 2017, where they earned a Master of Arts in Rhetoric and Composition/Writing Studies.
