Jennifer Kustra

Jennifer Kustra is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience in manufacturing and employee relations. Currently serving as Sr. Director of HR, Manufacturing Operations at GAF since April 2019, Kustra has held various positions such as Human Resources Director and Area HR Manager during tenure at the company. Prior to GAF, Kustra worked at United States Steel Corporation as HR Manager for Employee Relations and held the role of Director at West Virginia University's Center for Career Development and Corporate Relations. Kustra's earlier experience includes positions at Washington Penn Plastic Co., Inc., United States Steel Corporation, La Pomponnee, Marriott, and the University of Pittsburgh. Kustra holds a degree in Political Science from Carlow University.
