Michael Villareale

Michael Villareale is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in employee and IT operations, currently serving as the Senior Director of Employee Experience at GAF since March 2003. Prior roles at GAF include Director of Employee Experience, Director of IT Operations, and Senior Manager of IT Operations. Additionally, Michael worked as the Director of IT Operations at Standard Industries from January 2019 to July 2023. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science from Rutgers University - Newark, obtained in June 2001.
