Hana Naufalinda

Hana Naufalinda is a Talent Scientist at Talentlytica. Prior to joining Talentlytica, they worked as an Assistant Talent Management & Organization Development at PT Amman Mineral Nusa Tenggara from August 2018 to December 2018. Hana has a passion for understanding how people tick and how they can be motivated to reach their full potential. Hana believes that everyone has the ability to be great at something, and their mission is to help others find and develop their talents.

Hana Naufalinda holds a Master's degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the same school.
