Samantha Santiago Torres is an accomplished Executive Pastry Chef with extensive experience in high-paced culinary environments. Currently serving as Executive Pastry Chef at Gage Hospitality Group and Thompson Chicago, Samantha manages dessert production across multiple outlets, leading a team of twelve to deliver diverse pastry offerings for a range of events. Past roles include Executive Pastry Chef at The St. Clair Inn and LondonHouse Chicago, where achievements included managing menus for thousands of daily customers and receiving the “Business Class” award at the World of Chocolate of Chicago 2018. Further experience includes positions at Compass Group and Le Moulin, where Samantha demonstrated ability to train teams and increase sales significantly. Samantha holds a Master's degree in Baking and Pastry Arts from Universidad Camilo José Cela and an Associate's degree in Tourism from IES San Cristobal.
