Pieter-Bas "PB" started their career as a Restaurant Manager at The Waldorf=Astoria in 1994, where they worked for 5 years. In 1998, they became the Director at Jacobse Holding BV. In 2005, PB joined rhubarb food as the Chief Executive Officer and later took on the role of Managing Director.

Pieter-Bas "PB" Jacobse attended Zuyd Hogeschool | Zuyd University of Applied Sciences from 1990 to 1994, studying Hoge Hotelschool Maastricht.
