Molly Rauzi

Molly Rauzi’s work experience starts in 1998 when they became the Director of Information Technology for Denver International Airport. Molly managed the information technology department and played a role in writing the airport's strategic and IT master plans. From 2003 to 2004, Rauzi was also the Enterprise Resource Planning Practice Manager for the City and County of Denver, overseeing the reengineering of the city's PeopleSoft Practice and implementing strategic plans for enterprise systems.

In 2004, they became the Chief Technology Officer for the City and County of Denver, where they managed the Technology Services Agency. Rauzi reported to the Chief Information Officer and was responsible for a significant operating and project budget.

Rauzi continued their career in the public sector as the Chief Information Officer for the City and County of Denver from 2007 to 2011. Molly provided executive leadership and technology governance support for the mayor, elected officials, and various city agencies.

Moving into the private sector, Rauzi worked as a Managing Director and Business Advisory Services Director at Grant Thornton LLP from 2011 to 2013. Molly supported clients in their growth strategies, including merger integration, technology strategies, and communications and culture change.

Starting in 2013, Rauzi became involved in various leadership roles. Molly was the Managing Director and Chief Technology Officer for Gagen MacDonald, a strategy execution firm specializing in employee engagement, culture change, and leadership development. Rauzi also served as the Chair of the Board of Directors for the Colorado Technology Association and as a board member for Craig Hospital.
