Nino Ninov

Leading Consumer Insights and Marketing Analytics at Gaia Herbs

Nino Ninov has a diverse and extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Nino started as a senior research analyst at Marine Corps Headquarters in 2003. From 2004 to 2007, Nino worked as a Senior Director of Consumer Research and Analysis at Fairfield Language Technologies, where they established the market research function and managed a team and external vendors.

In 2007, Nino joined Rosetta Stone as VP of Strategic Research and Analysis and played a key role in implementing a data-driven approach to resource allocation and transforming the company's strategy. They led the launch of a formal strategic planning process and shifted the company towards a multiple-products/multiple-sales strategy.

Following their tenure at Rosetta Stone, Nino served as an Executive Manager at Rosetta Stone Fit Brains from 2015 to 2017. In this role, they oversaw the business operations, focusing on marketing and finance.
