Joseph Svingala

Joseph Svingala is a Business System Analyst IV at Gaia Inc. since August 2016. In their role, Joseph is responsible for improving productivity and communication using internal tools and external platforms for the internal teams. Additionally, Joseph serves as a Royalties and Accounting Specialist/Manager, overseeing systems such as Zuora, Intacct, and Media Maestro. Joseph is also a Community Relations Representative, providing customer support and engaging with members on social media. Prior to their current roles, Joseph gained experience in sales and customer service at companies like J.Crew, Pier 1 Imports, and Hollister Co. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government as well as Environmental Science from the University of Colorado Boulder, and has completed a summer workshop program in Arms Control, Disarmament, and International Security at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
