Steven Wei 魏玉刚 began their work experience in 2003 as a Regional Manager at BenQ Guru Software, where they worked until 2008. In 2008, they joined Kronos as a Sales Manager for South China, responsible for sales in the region. Steven worked at Kronos until 2009. In 2009, Steven became the VP of Sales at an undisclosed company, where they worked until January 2020. In January 2020, they became the Co-Founder and GM of the HRO Service Business Group at another undisclosed company.
Steven Wei, also known as 魏玉刚, obtained their EMBA degree from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business. Steven started this program in 2019 and is currently pursuing their studies. Prior to this, they completed their bachelor's degree in computer science and technology at Harbin University of Science and Technology from 1999 to 2003.
