Angus Tsai

Angus Tsai has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Angus started their career as a Barista at Blenz The Canadian Coffee Company Ltd. in 2013. In 2014, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at TD and later joined CIBC as a Financial Services Representative in 2015. Angus then transitioned into the field of design, working as a UX Designer at Arazy Group Consultants Inc. from 2019 to 2020. Angus further developed their skills as a Product Designer at Livshows in 2020 and Enchant Labs from 2020 to 2021. Angus then joined TraceSafe as a UX/UI Designer from 2021 to 2022. Following this, they worked as a UX/UI Designer at Tripsha from 2022 to 2023 and as a Product Designer at oxio from 2022 to 2023. Currently, Angus is employed as a Product Designer at gaiia since 2023.

Angus Tsai has a diverse education history. In 2019, they attended BrainStation and completed a Diploma of Education in the User Experience Design Program, which they finished in 2020. Angus returned to BrainStation in 2022 and earned another Diploma of Education, this time in Product Management. Prior to this, Angus attended the British Columbia Institute of Technology from 2017 to 2019, where they obtained a Diploma in Digital Design & Development. Additionally, Angus holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from Kwantlen Polytechnic University.

In terms of certifications, Angus obtained the "Advance Your Skills as a User Experience Researcher" certification from LinkedIn in March 2023. Angus also completed the "Workshop Facilitation" certification, also from LinkedIn, in March 2023. Lastly, Angus acquired the "Becoming a Product Manager" certification from LinkedIn in February 2021.
