Audrey Desgagnes

Audrey Desgagnes has a diverse work history starting in 2014 as an Insurance Agent at SSQ Assurance | SSQ Insurance, where they worked until 2019. After that, they joined La Capitale as a Customer Service Representative from 2019 to 2020. In 2020, Audrey joined Oxio as a Client Service Representative and later transitioned to the role of Customer Experience Team Lead until mid-2021. From mid-2021 to 2023, Audrey served as the Head of People at Oxio. In 2023, they became the Head of Culture & People at gaiia.

Audrey Desgagnes completed their education at Université Laval, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General. Audrey attended this institution from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, Audrey attended CEGEP Champlain St. Lawrence from 2011 to 2013, where they studied Social Sciences.
