Ramani Subbaraman

Ramani joined Gain Credit in 2022. Prior to this, he worked at a startup for close to 18 years where he handled operations, quality and HR functions. Ramani joined with experience in consumer finance, auto loans and Data operations. He currently leads the HR function with specific focus on people practices through which people have a great experience working for Gain Credit. At the same time strengthening and improving the HR systems and practices on a continuous basis will enable a data driven approach to HR decisions. He derives motivation from the fact that he is in a position to enable people succeed in their roles.
