Sathyanarayana Jayaprakash

Sathyanarayana Jayaprakash is the director of customer operations at GAIN Credit. Sathyanarayana has over fifteen years of experience in the customer service industry. Jayaprakash began their career as a Sr. Customer Service Representative at HTMT in April 2002. In November 2004, they transitioned to Concentrix India where they served as Delivery Project Executive for fourteen years. In June 2018, Jayaprakash took on their current role at GAIN Credit. Sathyanarayana has been instrumental in improving customer satisfaction levels and reducing customer churn.

Sathyanarayana Jayaprakash received a Bachelor's degree from Christ University in Bangalore.
