Ramon Sánchez-Bayton

Ramon Sánchez-Bayton has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Ramon started their career in 1994 as a Marketing Database Consultant at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd. Ramon then worked at Seguros Bilbao as a Supervisor de Nueva Red before moving to PDM, where they held various roles including Develop Manager and Business Development Manager.

In 1998, Ramon joined Experian and served as the Director General Mosaic Iberia, where they successfully rebuilt the product portfolio, opened consultancy services, and significantly increased sales. Ramon later became the Managing Director to Experian Business Strategies, responsible for developing the existing business and integrating newly acquired companies.

From 2008 to 2010, Ramon worked as a Managing Partner at Cognodata, focusing on developing the Insurance Market by leading a nationwide study with participation from 39 insurance companies. In 2010, they became the CEO of Gain Dynamics Group and also served as the Director of Area Business Intelligence at Madrid School of Marketing.

Ramon's academic experience includes roles as an Associate Professor at ICEMD and UNIR - La Universidad en Internet.

Ramon'smost recent position was as a Partner at Wardem from June 2021 to September 2022.
