Barbara Morris

Barbara Morris has a range of work experience in various roles. In 2004, they worked as a Systems Integration Analyst at Gainesville Regional Utilities, where they conducted training programs for end users and created instructional documentation. From 2009 to 2015, Barbara owned and operated an online retail store called Cute As A Button Apparel, managing various aspects of the business. Beginning in 2012, they joined Gainesville Regional Utilities again, initially as a Customer Service Rep II and later as an Interim Training Support Specialist and Business Process Modeler, collaborating with colleagues to identify training needs and design training materials. Since 2018, Barbara has been employed at Infotech as a Business Analyst and Senior Business Specialist, primarily focusing on implementation analysis and materials.

Barbara Morris holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Instructional Design & Technology, specializing in Training & Development / Performance Improvement, which they earned from Walden University between 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General, from Kaplan University, where they studied from 2009 to 2011. Barbara also holds an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Santa Fe Community College, which they completed between 2001 and 2003.

Additionally, Barbara Morris has obtained a certification in "Bystander Training: From Bystander to Upstander" from LinkedIn in August 2022.
