Rachel Lockhart

Director Of Water/wastewater Treatment Operations at Gainesville Regional Utilities

Rachel Lockhart has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering. Rachel started their career at ASCE Florida Section as the Gainesville Branch President in 2006 and continued in this role until 2010. In 2009, they also served as the Gainesville Branch President at the American Society of Civil Engineers.

In 2005, Rachel joined Jones Edmunds & Associates, where they worked as a Professional Engineer, Project Manager, and Construction Contract Administrator. Rachel held this position until 2012.
