CX Data Lead at Gainful

Diego Aguilar began their professional career in 2016 as a Technology Consultant at UCSB Collaborate Student Support Center. Diego then moved up to the role of Helpdesk Operations Coordinator. In 2019, they joined Gainful as a Customer Experience Associate and was later promoted to CX Lead and then CX Data Lead.

Diego Aguilar received a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from UC Santa Barbara in 2019. In 2017, they attended the Mandarin Training Center at National Taiwan Normal University. Additionally, in August 2022, they obtained a Google Data Analytics Specialization from Coursera.
