Melanie Trevino, ARM, CSPO, currently serves as the Process and Technology Manager and Regional Claims Manager at GAINSCO, where responsibilities include overseeing a team of four leaders and twenty adjusters in the Southwest office. With a career spanning over a decade, Melanie has held various leadership roles, including Level 2 and Level 1 Team Lead, managing teams of casualty and property damage adjusters, respectively, and consistently achieving top performance metrics. Prior experience includes claims specialist positions at Nationwide Insurance Company and a managerial role at Blue Table, along with a background in building management at the University of Denver. Melanie holds a Bachelor's Degree in Spanish Language and Literature and Business Administration from the University of Denver.
