Jessica Shapiro has a diverse work experience. Jessica started working at the ASU Foundation for A New American University in 2014, where they held two different roles. As a Hiring and Recruiting Manager at the Office of Annual Giving, they played a crucial role in recruiting students for the Alumni Relations Specialist position and successfully hired over 150 student employees. In their role as an Alumni Relations Specialist, Jessica worked with alumni, parents, and friends of Arizona State University to build relationships and solicit donations, contributing to a record-breaking fundraising amount of $1.4 million.

In 2016, Jessica joined Longboard Asset Management as a Client Success Manager, where they focused on ensuring client satisfaction.

Since 2017, Jessica has been working at Gainsight. Jessica started as a Sales Development Representative and then transitioned to the role of Customer Account Manager. In their current position as an Enterprise Customer Account Manager, they manage accounts and ensures client success.

Jessica Shapiro attended Cottonwood High School in Salt Lake City, Utah. Jessica obtained a Bachelor of Science degree from Arizona State University. In addition to their degree, they also received a certification in Intro to Project Management Essentials from Franklin Covey Gibraltar in March 2017.
