Kenneth Refsgaard

Kenneth Refsgaard is currently serving as the Principal Program Manager for CS and Community Strategy at Gainsight, after inSided was acquired by the company in January 2022. Previously, Kenneth held various community strategy and customer success management roles at inSided, wehkamp, Sonos, Inc., KPN, and TomTom. Kenneth also has a background in content analysis, copywriting, community relations management, and technical training. Kenneth is currently pursuing a degree in Climate Change: Learning For Action at Terra.do and holds a BA in Sociology and Psychology from the University of Greenwich.
