Rakesh Reddy Kondam

Rakesh Reddy Kondam's work experience begins in 2011 as an IP Development Intern for Four Arrow Systems and Technologies Pvt Ltd. In 2012, they join Infosys as a Technology Analyst, where they create proof of concepts for new enterprise concepts in the financial industry. Rakesh Reddy then moves on to Goldman Sachs in 2014, working as an Analyst 3 and designing controls for managing fees. In 2016, Rakesh interns at GE as an ITLP Intern, driving digitization efforts and reducing inefficiencies. Rakesh Reddy joins dDriven in 2017 as a Product Manager before transitioning to Gainsight in 2018. At Gainsight, they work their way up from Product Manager to Senior Product Manager, Principal Product Manager, and currently holds the role of Group Product Manager.

Rakesh Reddy Kondam has a diverse educational background. Rakesh Reddy obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Management from XLRI Jamshedpur during the years 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, from 2008 to 2012, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee.

In terms of their earlier education, Rakesh attended Ramaiah from 2005 to 2007, where they focused on Junior High/Intermediate/Middle School Education and Teaching. Before that, they attended vignan vidyalayam from 2000 to 2005, concentrating on High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates.

Rakesh has also obtained additional certifications to enhance their skill set. In 2013, they completed the Digital Analytics Fundamentals certification from Google. In 2012, they obtained the Programming in HTML5 with JavaScript and CSS3 Specialist certification from Microsoft.
