Sakshi Bansod

Sakshi Bansod began their work experience in 2018 with an internship at AliveTech Services, where they gained practical experience in developing web applications with cross-platform compatibility. In 2020, they joined PowerSchool Group LLC as an Associate Operations Analyst, where they handled critical escalations and analyzed customer interactions to improve satisfaction. In 2021, they moved to PlanSource as a Configuration Analyst, translating documentation into implementation and establishing relationships with leadership. Currently, Sakshi works at Gainsight as a Client Outcomes Manager, where they are responsible for managing client outcomes.

Sakshi Bansod completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Technology from Nagpur University between 2014 and 2019.

Sakshi has also obtained several certifications, including the Gainsight NXT Associate Administrator Certificate (Level 1) from Gainsight in May 2023. In 2022, they obtained a Google Analytics certification. In 2019, they earned a certification in the programming language Python from Besant Technologies, and also completed courses in Introduction to Databases and SQL Query, Introduction to Amazon Web Services, and HTML CSS and Bootstrap from Udemy in 2019 and 2018, respectively.
