Hayley Smith

Hayley Smith has extensive experience in various leadership roles within technology companies. Hayley started at CSC in 1996, holding several positions until 2017, including roles such as Service Delivery Director and Account Director. In 2017, they joined DXC Technology as Global Talent and Development Director. Hayley later transitioned to Gainwell Technologies, where they currently serve as Vice President of Human Resources. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated strong leadership and talent development skills, effectively driving innovation and strategic goals for their organizations.

Hayley Smith holds a LLB hons degree in Law from Cambridge - University of Law, UK. Hayley also completed various other degrees and certifications in Law from Chesterton Community College, Cambridge Regional College, Royal College of London, and the Open University. In 2017, they obtained a Bachelors in Law from The University of Law. Additionally, they hold certifications in English Law, CPC, and RDSA.
