Hong le

Hong Le has a strong background in Human Resources, with experience in various leadership roles. They started as a Director of HRIS at Children's National Medical Center in 2007, then moved on to become the Director of HRIS and Shared Services at Inova Health System in 2010. In 2019, they took on the role of Director Hire to Retire, Employee Life Cycle at NATIONAL RAILROAD PASSENGER AMTRAK before becoming the Vice President of Human Resources at Gainwell Technologies in 2021.

Hong Le earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from the University of Maryland Global Campus. Following that, they pursued an MBA in Human Resources at Strayer University from 2009 to 2010.
