Joe Fraser

Joe Fraser currently serves as Senior Vice President for the Mid-East Sector at Gainwell Technologies since November 2021. With extensive experience at Hewlett-Packard since February 1992, Joe has held multiple roles including Director of IT Delivery and Account Executive, where responsibilities encompassed account performance, P&L, growth, delivery, and client satisfaction. Previous positions include Director and Account General Manager at DXC Technology from March 2017 to October 2020, and various leadership roles at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, as well as earlier experience at EDS and BCBSMA. Joe Fraser earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Boston College from 1980 to 1984.
