Tammy Tewinkel

Tammy teWinkel is an accomplished User Experience Architect with extensive experience in UX design and strategy across various sectors. Currently serving at SCIEX since January 2014, Tammy focuses on UX architecture, user research, and improving UX processes. As a Customer Experience & Design Strategy Consultant at GainX, Tammy aligns UX processes with product development while integrating customer feedback into ideation cycles. In addition, Tammy mentors startups in UX methods at the University of Waterloo's VeloCity Garage. Previous roles include user experience architect positions at Encircle and BlackBerry, where significant contributions were made to product design and customer journey improvements. With a strong educational background, including a Master of Science in Human Computer Interaction from the University of Guelph, Tammy has also led user-centered design initiatives at Platform Computing Inc. and managed teams at Quarry Integrated Communications.
