Stefan Bollars

Stefan Bollars is an experienced program manager and data protection officer with a demonstrated history in the mobility and technology sectors. Currently, Stefan serves as a Program Manager at Innovactory International B.V. since May 2016 and as a Data Protection Officer for the TOMP Working Group since January 2018. Previous roles include program manager for Smart Mobility at TomTom, director of business development and co-founder of iRoutes, and co-founder of Bollair Ballondecoraties. Stefan’s early career includes positions at Siemens VDO and OnStream, with a strong foundation in software engineering and firmware development. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Technical Computer Science from Fontys University of Applied Sciences and management training from Krauthammer.
