Drew Hankins

Drew Hankins has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Starting in 2017, they began freelancing as a graphic and web designer while also interning for the documentary "Graphic Means." In 2018, Drew joined AKQA as a front-end web developer and later transitioned into roles as a system designer and freelance graphic designer. In 2019, they embarked on a Thru-hike of the Pacific Crest Trail. In 2020, Drew joined Green Stone as a designer and eventually became a senior designer. Currently, they are working at Gala as a Design Systems + UI professional. Drew has also been involved in various organizations, including being a host for "The Design Kids" and serving as co-director and event coordinator for "Friends of Graphic Design." Drew also had a brief role as assistant creative coordinator at Portland State University in 2017. Overall, their work experience showcases their expertise in design, web development, and their ability to adapt to different roles and environments.

Drew Hankins has a diverse education background. In 2007 and 2008, they attended Lane Community College, where they studied Audio Engineering. In 2014, they enrolled in Portland State University and completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic Design in 2017. Later that same year, Drew participated in a Study Abroad Program at the University of the Arts London to further enhance their expertise in Graphic Design. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Audio Engineering from Lane Community College in September 2008.
