Emily Moreau Henríquez

Emily Moreau Henríquez has a diverse range of experience in human resources. Emily has held the positions of HR Manager at Gala since 2022. Prior to that, Emily worked as an HR Manager for Latin America at Mahisoft from 2017 to 2022. At Blanc Labs, they served as the Human Resources Director, responsible for growing the business in Latin America and developing talent and leadership frameworks from 2016 to 2017. Earlier in their career, Emily worked as a Human Resources Director at Zurich Insurance from 2013 to 2016, where they focused on leadership and talent management. Emily also held the role of Compensation & Benefits and Personnel Administration Manager at Zurich Insurance from 2010 to 2013, where they developed and implemented compensation and benefits strategies.
