Gillian McLaughlin

Gillian McLaughlin has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Gillian is currently working as the Head of Operations at Gala Games since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at KPMG UK as a Senior Manager of Customer Experience from May 2021 to May 2022.

Gillian spent a significant portion of their career at Standard Life Assurance, where they held several key positions. Gillian served as the Head of Customer Management from April 2016 to May 2021. Before that, they worked as the Head of Marketing Strategy from February 2015 to April 2016. Gillian also took on the role of Head of Customer Proposition Messaging in Marketing from November 2012 to February 2015.

Their earlier roles at Standard Life Assurance include Senior Marcomms & Delivery Marketing Manager from September 2011 to December 2012, Retail Delivery Manager from September 2010 to September 2011, Customer Manager in Marketing from January 2009 to September 2010, Product Manager in Marketing from June 2007 to January 2009, Senior Communications Consultant in Marketing from August 2005 to June 2007, and Communications Consultant from May 2002 to May 2007.

Gillian McLaughlin attended Edinburgh Napier University from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a BA (Hons) degree in Commerce with a specialization in Marketing.
