Monika Lakosne Horvath

Monika Lakosne Horvath has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Monika currently serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at GALA GROUP GmbH since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Grand Vision Apollo Optik Holding GmbH & Co KG for 9 years, holding the position of Head of Talent Management for Germany and Austria. From 2009 to 2012, they served as the HR Director for Hungary, Czech Republic, and Slovakia at Grand Vision Hungary. Before that, they worked at Porsche Hungaria Kereskedelmi Kft as the HR Director for Hungary from 2000 to 2009. Monika started their career as a Training Manager at MALÉV Hungarian Airlines from 1998 to 2000 and began their professional journey at Budapest Airport as a Trainee in the Customer Service Department from 1997 to 1998.

Monika Lakosne Horvath earned a Bachelor's degree in BWL & Hotel Management from Kereskedelmi és Gazdasági Főiskola Szolnok in the years 1993-1997. Monika then pursued a Master's degree in Human Resource Management at Corvinus University of Budapest from 1998 to 2001.
