Vanessa McGraw

Vanessa McGraw has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Vanessa began their career at Blue Cross and Blue Shield as a Human Resources Representative, where they administered employee benefits and responded to inquiries. Vanessa then worked as a Compensation Analyst/Benefit Counselor at UAB, where they collected and analyzed data to ensure the wage and salary program aligned with business goals. At AmSouth Bank, they were a Compensation Analyst, responsible for designing and analyzing incentive plans. Vanessa then joined Saks Incorporated as a Senior Compensation Analyst, managing the annual salary analysis and performance review processes. Vanessa also worked at Benefit Concept, Inc. as a Benefit Analyst, assisting clients with benefit open enrollment and creating analytical reports. Vanessa later joined Cunningham Pathology, LLC as an HR Specialist, where they handled various HR tasks such as payroll processing and coordinating FMLA. Most recently, Vanessa worked at Galactic, Inc., first as an HR Manager and then promoted to Director of Human Resources Operations.
