Vardit Dekel

Vardit Dekel has extensive experience in human resources management. Vardit served as the VP of Human Resources at Galam and Eltek Ltd., and as the Humane Resources Manager at Sodexo, Chefa Group. Vardit has over 15 years of HR management experience and is an accredited Senior Expert in HR. Vardit joined Galam in 2011 after leaving their role at Eltek in September 2011. Vardit started their career in HR at Sodexo, Chefa Group in May 2001 and worked there until July 2005.

Vardit Dekel obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Special Education from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 1987. Vardit later pursued a Master's degree in Sociology and Organization Studies from the same institution, which they completed in 1995.
