Demetre Bailey

Demetre Bailey is an experienced Human Resources Manager with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the HR Manager for Galata Chemicals, LLC since May 2010, Demetre oversees generalist duties, payroll, salary administration, and various HR functions for US operations. Prior to this role, Demetre held the position of HR Manager at Chemtura Corporation from September 2006 to May 2010, managing HR functions at the Taft Plant site, which became part of Galata Chemicals. Demetre's earlier experience includes being the HR Manager at Pinnacle Polymers and serving in various HR roles at Union Carbide, where responsibilities included EEO coordination and generalist functions.
