Howard Reiter

Howard Reiter, PMP, CSM, SA, SSM, serves as a Program Manager at GalaxE.Solutions since October 2023, leading programs for a major financial client with expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Previously, as a Senior Program Manager at Paramount from April 2022 to August 2023, Howard implemented an Objectives & Key Results tool to drive organizational change. In earlier roles, Howard managed significant projects at Mutual of America Financial Group, Bank Leumi, and AXA Equitable, focusing on enterprise transformation, PMO development, and core banking systems. Howard's extensive experience in project and program management is complemented by a BS in Management Information Systems from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
