Jim Dietrich

Jim Dietrich is the current Chief Operating Officer at GalaxE. Jim has over 20 years of experience in the retail industry.

Dietrich started their career in 1995 as a Manager of Application Development for Saks Fifth Avenue. In this role, they were responsible for Sales Audit, Loss Prevention, 3rd Party Credit, Sales Reporting, and Merchandise Planning. Jim was with Saks Fifth Avenue for 12 years before moving on to GalaxE.

In 2007, Dietrich became the Manager and Chief Architect of Business Intelligence for GalaxE. In this role, they are responsible for the development and implementation of the company's business intelligence strategy. Jim has been with GalaxE for over 10 years and has played a vital role in the company's success.

Jim Dietrich received a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science & Mathematics from Monmouth University.

Jim Dietrich reports to Tim Bryan, CEO. They work with Steve Raymond - VP, Corporate Strategy, Michele Cohen - SVP, HR, and Sandipan Gangopadhyay - President.
