Currently serving as the Head of Firmwide Research at Galaxy Digital since January 2021, Alex leads Galaxy Research, specializing in insights related to Bitcoin and the broader digital assets market. Prior experience includes a decade at Fidelity Investments, where Alex held various roles including Director of Blockchain Research, focusing on research in bitcoin and blockchain technologies, and Venture Capitalist at Avon Ventures, investing in early-stage companies in the crypto space. Alex's background also encompasses senior positions in compliance and litigation support, managing legal and regulatory processes. Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Vanderbilt University and a high school diploma from Phillips Academy.
