Rachel Holland

Rachel MacDonald Holland has a robust legal background with experience in corporate law. Holland currently serves as Corporate Counsel at Galaxy and has previously held significant positions such as General Counsel and Legal Director at Ripplewood Advisors L.L.C. Prior experience includes roles as a Corporate Associate at Fenwick & West and as an Associate and Summer Associate at Kirkland & Ellis. Holland earned a Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School between 2015 and 2018 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a focus on International Relations and African Studies from the University of Florida, completed in 2015.
