Charles de Lavalette

Charles de Lavalette has extensive experience in luxury hospitality and guest services, currently serving as the Manager of VIP Services and Head Butler at Atlantis The Royal since March 2022. Previously, Charles held various positions at Rosewood Hong Kong, including Housekeeping Supervisor and Butler & Art Ambassador, and was involved in the pre-opening phase. Charles also gained experience as a Concierge/Bell Captain at The Star Entertainment Group and Westin Hotels & Resorts. An early career in marketing management and account management provided Charles with a solid foundation in customer experience and communication strategies. Charles holds degrees in Management of New Communication Technology from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL and Marketing - Brand Management from EMLV - École de Management Léonard de Vinci.
