Jimmy Kok currently serves as Senior Vice President of Customer Services at Galaxy Entertainment Group, a position held since September 2023, after previously being the Assistant Senior Vice President for Food and Beverage. Prior to this, Jimmy was Vice President of Hospitality at Hoiana Resort & Golf from August 2022 to September 2023 and held various roles at Atlantis Resorts, including Director of Food and Beverage at Atlantis the Palm and Atlantis the Royal Resort between May 2021 and July 2022. Previous experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer at At-Sunrice GlobalChef Academy and multiple leadership positions in Food and Beverage operations at Galaxy Entertainment Group, as well as roles at InterContinental Hotel Singapore, Wynn Macau, InterContinental Asiana Saigon, and InterContinental Hong Kong. Jimmy has also received prestigious awards including the Golden-Pillow Award of China Hotels and multiple accolades from Condé Nast Traveler. Educational background consists of a Bachelor of Arts in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Middlesex University.
