Sheefa Shaikh

Sheefa Shaikh is a Human Resources Specialist currently working at Galaxy Racer since March 2022. With extensive experience in human resources, Sheefa previously held the position of Human Resource and Talent Acquisition Manager at Secure Eye Networking Services from January 2018 to August 2021, where responsibilities included implementing HR strategies and addressing employee grievances. Prior to that, Sheefa worked as a Talent Acquisition/Human Resources professional at German Imaging Technologies (GIT) Dubai LLC from November 2014 to November 2017, significantly increasing staffing in the MENA region and managing various HR processes. Earlier roles include HR Assistant positions at Joncia Marine Services and SSP Group Plc. Sheefa holds a Master's degree in International Human Resource Management from Middlesex University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Goa University.
