Cintia Oliveira

Cintia Oliveira is an experienced professional in human resources with a career spanning over 17 years. Currently serving as the Associate Director of Human Resources at Galderma since June 2009, Cintia has held multiple roles within the company, including Senior Human Resources Manager and Manager of Compensation & Benefits. Prior to Galderma, Cintia worked at TOTVS as an HR Consultant focused on payroll system implementation and gained operational experience in payroll management as an HR Assistant at Sodramar. Cintia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Centro Universitário Fundação Santo André, completed in 2008.
