Jean-Romain Falconnet

Jean-Romain Falconnet has extensive experience in corporate finance, particularly in the field of mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and strategic development. Since November 2001, Jean-Romain has held various pivotal positions at Galderma, currently serving as VP/Head of Transactions in Corporate Development/M&A, where responsibilities include supporting the company's inorganic growth agenda and portfolio management. Notable achievements include leading financial and strategic planning during the carve-out of Nestlé Skin Health, contributing to one of the largest private-equity deals in 2019. Previously, Jean-Romain served as CFO for the Prescription Business Unit and held key roles in financial evaluation and analysis.
