Marcia Rivera

Marcia Rivera serves as the Global Head of International Freight Operations at Galderma since September 2025. Previously, Marcia was the Global Supply Chain & Transport Lead Specialist at Vestas, focusing on the design and implementation of operational strategies for supply chain operations. Marcia’s experience also includes serving as the Global Procurement Category Manager for Logistics and Distribution at LEO Pharma, where responsibilities encompassed negotiation and risk management. Marcia held various positions at A.P. Moller - Maersk, including Customer Experience Senior Project Manager and Key Account Manager, contributing to significant transformation projects and account management in logistics. Earlier roles at A.P. Moller - Maersk involved leadership in sales, process implementation, and operational support. Marcia holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Iberoamericana in Ciudad de México.
