Naoual Dyari

Naoual Dyari is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Sr. Regional HR Director for META at Galderma since January 2025. Previously, Naoual held the position of Regional HR Director at RB from October 2020 to April 2025 and was the HR Director and Head of HR for Middle-East, Africa, and Turkey at Essilor from August 2019 to October 2020. Naoual's earlier roles include Head of HR for Middle-East, Africa, and Turkey at Whirlpool Corporation, and various positions at Beiersdorf, including Head of HR for KSA and North Africa. Naoual's career began as an HR Business Partner for North Africa at Roche. Naoual holds a Master's degree in Human Resources from the University of Strasbourg.
